Everyone knows that it is important to step back and look at the big picture every now and then, especially in the day-to-day business that occurs in any organisation. You might sometimes feel like you are just a cog in the wheel, but that also means that you are an important part of something bigger. Similarly, the BigPicture painting workshop reinforces the importance of cooperation, communication and teamwork. Participants will realise that the success and quality of their work – as well as that of the bigger picture – depends upon their ability to cooperate.

We split the participants into smaller groups, and each group will have their own canvas to work on. They will have an hour and a half to replicate a specific picture that we hand out at the start of the activity. Each team receives a different picture.

There are a number of truly great things about this workshop: participants will create something beautiful together with their teammates, and, once they finished their work, they have the possibility to assemble an enormous jigsaw puzzle of their own artwork. After that, all that is left is to take some time to enjoy the sight of what they created together.

Suggested time frame: from 1,5 to 2,5 hours

It is, of course, possible to organise a shorter or longer program. The length of the game is dependent on the size of the group, and on the possible optional breaks, such as a pálinka or chocolate tasting, or a coffee break.
